Gleann Fia is an exciting and exclusive new development by Clancy Homes that combines countryside living with an authentic contemporary style. The brief was looking for a booklet design that introduces the new house resident to their home. The booklet consists of a green and gold colour palette to represent the location of the houses. The aim was to keep the Clancy brand consistent throughout the design.
